I own a level 4i ARF (Adult Residential Facility), which is wrapping up its vendorization process with the regional center.
I am looking for an investor for my 2nd house, which I currently live in. It's one story with sprinklers, 4-6 bedrooms, 3000 sqft, 1/3 acre land, located in the most luxurious neighborhood of Brentwood. I need $5100 per month for 1-2 years to start a new ARF.
I am open to opening a different kind of residential care home. For example, an RCFE (Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly) will be much faster, taking only like 4-6 months.
