LVN or RN needed On Call and every other weekend in alameda. I am a 41 year old woman with a rare form of muscular dystrophy called spinal muscular atrophy looking for a back up Nurse to fill the following every other weekend 3pm-11pm and back up for various shifts including day and overnight. Pay varies depending on shift worked. I use an electric wheelchair and use a vent to assist me with breathing.

Dressing
Bed Pan
Transfer (MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50LBs)
Grooming
Ordering of supplies
Suction
Training will be provided. No experience required. CNA experience is a plus.
