We are looking for another RN to join our clinical team at our Santa Rosa Home Care Agency now. This is a fulltime position Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30 as a Clinical Care Coordinator for a non Medicare Agency.
Our clients are located in Sonoma County only. This is not a remote position. NEW GRADs welcome - we will mentor and teach you. Full benefit package offered which includes mileage, health, dental, 3 weeks PTO and Company credit card for expenses.
