Healthy Life Chiropractic is looking for an extraordinary candidate to fill our Chiropractic Assistant/Patient Financial Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will be able to create a safe space, inspire and motivate each new patient to pursue the life-changing benefits of our care. This person must be a proactive, organized, tenacious, caring and kind individual with strong people skills, who thrive on having lots to do and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
-Create a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere for patients when they walk in
-Answer phone calls with a smile and effectively assist with the appointment process
-Assist the chiropractors in providing treatments and scribing
-Verify patient information and insurance benefits
-Present financial arrangements and successfully create financial solutions to patients who are accepted for care
-Quick and creative thinkingbeing able to make autonomous decisions within set boundaries
-Assist patients with CareCredit financing
-Respond to patient correspondence regarding financial policies, questions, and some billing
-Organize, bill and manage Medicare and personal injury claims in a timely manner
-Accurate posting of payments and management of patient financial matters through their treatment plan. Must have empathy and high level of customer service to assist with various patient financial situations
-Collaborate with the owner and other chiropractic assistants on planning and executing office events and marketing projects.
-Strategic patient scheduling in a way that there’s ease and flow, while maintaining a full schedule
-Utilize EHR for daily, weekly, and monthly reports tracking patient care statistics

Position/Compensation
-Full time, salaried, non exempt
-40 hours a week, between the hours of 7:45 am- 7 pm Monday-Friday, and Saturdays 7:45 am-11:30 am
$55k-$60k a year DOE
-Monthly bonus potential. The most successful financial chiropractic assistants regularly earn $500-$1500+ bonus a month, and there is a yearly bonus structure in place
