The Human Resource Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations and handling grievances within the organization. This role involves working closely with employees and managers to ensure fair treatment, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment. The Human Resource Team Leader will develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures related to employee relations and grievances, as well as provide guidance and support to all.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, self-motivated, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask, great organizational skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a respectful, confidential and professional manner with all levels of employees.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Work onsite and meet the position’s attendance schedule, as required by the job.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to efficiently present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, clients, and customers of the organization.
Excellent time management and communicator skills (written and oral)
Self-motivated, reliable and punctual
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university or minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
Ability to travel as needed
Must have a valid driver’s license
