Human Resources Generalist: Job duties include managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the overall employee experience. A candidate with strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate across departments is the ideal candidate. Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience.
Helps employees with workplace issues, grievances, and conflicts. They also work to create a positive work environment.
Manages and coordinates employee training and development, including onboarding new employees.
Sets performance goals and standards, provides feedback and coaching, and conducts evaluations.
Provides compensation and benefits to motivate employees and reduce turnover.
Creates job postings, outreach programs, and selection criteria to attract qualified candidates.
Ensures that employee records comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintains employee records, which include personal details, emergency contacts, and skill gaps.
Shapes and maintains the organizational culture, including creating a positive impression for new employees.
Additional duties may be needed and/or assigned to ensure that the needs of both internal and external individuals are met.
Chinese bilingual preferred.
