The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the mechanical field and possess expertise in diagnosing and repairing with a wide variety of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors. Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications. Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Must have own tools
Experience in the following preferred:
Brake repair and brake pad replacement
Oil changes
Engine repair
wheel alignment
fluid leaks
Electrical systems
Diagnostic tests
Vehicle tune-up
Transmission
Timing belt
Charging and starting system
Steering and suspension
A/C service and repair
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
5+ Years of experience
Must have OWN hand-tools, tool-cart
Certified Smog License-a BIG plus, but not required
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday-Friday, weekends as needed
8 Hour shift
