Commercial Pest Control Technician for Audited Facilities

We’re seeking a detail-obsessed, compliance-driven Commercial Pest Control Technician to service high-stakes, audited environments, including FDA-regulated pharmaceutical plants, ISO 13485 cleanrooms, GMP facilities, and agricultural processing sites. As part of our premium team, you’ll deliver forensic-level pest control, maintain meticulous audit-ready documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed pest inspections and treatments in FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, and AIB-regulated facilities

Maintain accurate audit-ready documentation (inspection logs, CAPAs, MSDS, device trend data, digital logbooks)

Implement compliance-first IPM strategies with a focus on exclusion, monitoring, and minimal pesticide use

Identify ingress points and collaborate directly with facility QA teams

Uphold zero-tolerance pest standards in production zones and cleanrooms

Required Qualifications:

Active California SPCB Branch 2 License (General Pest)

Must be 18+, Live Scan fingerprinted, and meet CE/compliance requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in providing pest control services for commercial accounts

Strong proficiency in regulatory documentation and compliance

Preferred Experience:

Previous work in FDA, ISO 13485, GMP, or ag-processing facilities

Familiarity with contamination control and cleanroom protocols

General Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record

Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on uneven terrain

Comfortable digging, kneeling, and navigating steep hillsides

Ability to stoop, kneel, crawl, bend and lay on stomach or back for periods of time

Able to speak, write and understand basic English (for safety, customer communication and reporting purposes)

Comfortable working in varied conditions including confined spaces, damp/dusty areas, hot or freezing environments

Must be capable of wearing a respirator and other PPE

Capable of regular use of a mobile phone for calls, texts, and software applications

Ability to drive on highways, bridges, side streets in a variety of road conditions for long periods of time

Hourly rate $25-$30 per hour DOE
