We are a leading concrete construction company in the San Francisco Bay Area seeking an experienced and dedicated Concrete/Demolition Foreman to oversee our concrete/Demolition crews on various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strong experience in concrete/demolition construction, able to read and understand plans in its design intent, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Position Overview:

The Concrete/Demolition Foreman will be responsible for supervising crew activities on-site, including layout, demolition, rebar, forming, placement, and finishing, and all associated work with demo/concrete, while ensuring that projects are done safely and productively and on time, and within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise crew and coordinate daily activities of concrete/demolition crews.

-Plan and lay out work to ensure efficiency and quality.

-Read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and construction plans.

-Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are strictly followed.

-Monitor and maintain quality control for all concrete work.

-Oversee concrete placement, including pouring, leveling, and finishing.

-Manage and track labor hours, materials, and equipment usage.

-Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

-Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to crew members.

- Provide daily summary sheet with any change order tags.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in concrete demolition construction, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.

-In-depth knowledge of concrete demolition construction techniques, including demolition excavation rock, forming, placing, rebar, and finishing.

-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

-Strong understanding of safety practices and OSHA regulations.

- Certified oshas 30 hr, certified with CPR, certified as competent person, certified with bobcat-skid street drive or mini excavator

-Excellent communication and leadership skills.

-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
