Job Description: Responsible for entering LMN Time of landscape construction crews. Responsible for assuring crews are prepared with proper equipment & attire. Quality control. Communication from client to project manager. Maintaining vehicle logs for all trucks, equipment & fuel management. Cleanliness of trucks & job sites (Housekeeping). Safety on the job site, perform monthly safety meetings with crew and ensure that all members sign acceptance form. Immediate Supervisor is Memo. Responsibilities:
1. Continuously keeping Supervisor informed of job progress (or lack thereof)
2. Coordinates with Foremen for progression (or lack thereof)
3. Oversees the production of all assigned jobs simultaneously.
4. Workers’ compensation claims are properly documented and reported immediately under supervisors Lead.
5. Ensures that:
a. Trucks and Equipment are properly kept, ensure vehicle maintenance log is filled out weekly for each vehicle by the driver (daily for Conrado)
b. Safety procedures are being followed and reports any unsafe conditions to lead supervisors to take care of.
c. Proper crews are being assigned to the right jobs.
d. Forecast of all schedules from Sales team.
e. All change orders are processed correctly.
f. Keeping project manager updated with any change request from client and all appropriate information associated with change.
g. Company standards are met and equipment is maintained properly and operated in a safe and proper manner.
h. Vendor delivery tickets and all daily paperwork is processed and turned in.
6. Daily Reports on LMN Time/ LMN Crew Lead app and daily materials list, equipment maintenance and Receipts to be turned in to the office.
7. Manage and create work orders.
8. Material procuring for assigned crews
9. Interfaces with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of job materials.

b. Equipment Inventory
c. Equipment Maintenance
11. Truck Inventory
12. Submitting request for bulk material deliveries to production manager with at least 1 day in advance notice to supervisor.
