Reputable family owned Residential Exterior Home Cleaning, Repair & Handyman company hiring for Lead Technician. Looking to hire right away.
#1 Qualification must be able to work on roofs and ladders. If you can't safely and comfortable lift ladders, climb and work on a 1-2 story home this is not the position for you.
#2 Qualification This is labor position, must be able to lift a 50lb ladder to and from the truck at all times.

Requirements & Qualification :
- Ladder and Roof work, Construction, Harness and Safety Experience Required
- Excellent Customer service + Professional Appearance
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment + work outdoors, including ALL weather conditions
- Quality Work is a must
- Leadership qualities - ability to supervise, delegate tasks to a small crew, providing excellent communication and direction
- Take Initiative. Problem Solver. Leader. Quick Learner.
- Valid Driver's License + Clean Driving Record + Reliable Transportation
- Work well with others
- Bilingual is a PLUS
Compensation :
Competitive Pay + Benefit package
- Training $27/hr
- Raise based on performance
90 day Probation Period

Full Time Position Monday through Friday 30-40 hours / week flexible weekends due to rescheduled and weather changes.
