Job Title: Foreman
We are an award-winning design-build landscape company, that has been in business for over 35 years. We have designed and built some of the most beautiful spaces for our clients to relax and enjoy for years. We are urgently looking for a long-term Landscape foreman.
Foreman $45-$50/hr: The Landscape Construction Foreman is an out in the field position who can demonstrate and perform skills that crew members and leaders may lack; this is not a desk project management position! The foreman will be responsible for managing 3-4 small crews and overseeing/completing daily project operations, and will report directly to the company owner and Operations Manager. Must have at least 15 years of landscaping experience and have over 7 years of managing multiple crews. The Foreman is responsible for project scheduling, crew scheduling, onsite measurement calculation, ordering materials, clients relationship, manage the crew leads, manage project timeline from start to finish, and crew performance evaluation. We use LMN to manage all our projects; the foreman must have experience using LMN or willing to learn.
Requirements:
Must be honest, energetic, reliable, able to lift 40 lbs. Understand English, have a positive attitude, Good DMV record.
