Job Title: Floor Technician (Janitorial)

Salary: $20.95/hour
Benefits:
● Health and Welfare benefits - $4.35/hour up to 40 hours per week, or $197.20 per week, or $854.53 per month

Schedule:
Monday – Friday – 6:00 PM -10:00 PM
Must be able to work weekends & holidays if needed
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Floor Care:
● Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping/waxing, and buffing floors
● Vacuuming, spot cleaning, and shampooing carpets
● Baseboard cleaning
Physical Requirements:
● Standing for extended periods of time.
● Frequent walking throughout the building.
● The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
● Frequent bending and stooping to clean lower surfaces (e.g., floors, baseboards).
● The ability to push and pull equipment and supply carts, trash bins, etc.
● Repetitive sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and dusting motions.
● Extended use of hand tools such as mops, brooms, and scrub brushes.
● The ability to work with cleaning agents, chemicals, and cleaning equipment in various environments.
Requirements
● 1-2 Years of recent Floor Care experience preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
● Must be fluent in English and shall be able to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
● Must undergo and pass a thorough background investigation and an additional government security check.
● Must be in good physical health and able to work in patient care areas without risk to the patients.
● Hepatitis B Vaccination - strongly encouraged
