Long-term position in Santa Rosa, must live in or near Santa Rosa.
Maintenance person for a private fenced property. work involves maintenance and construction projects. moving materials, clean-up work, blowing, lawn and plant maintenance, irrigation repair, and more.
Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and methods; basic proficiency using hand tools; ability to recognize the signs of basic plant stress; focus on working safely and efficiently.
Ability to use construction and landscape tools and maintain vehicles.
Clean driving record to be able to use property vehicles. Able to drive a stick shift tractor.
Must be punctual, reliable, organized, and willing to work.
Maintain equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Bend and/or kneel up to 10% of the time.
Stand, and walk up to 90% of the time.
Must be able to work outside during all seasons of the year.
Ability to work independently; self-motivated, follow instructions and procedures.
Knowledge of organic fertilizers and pesticides and their uses is a plus.
Knowledge of the pruning & trimming of fruit trees, roses, and many other perennial plants a plus.
Part-time to full-time. Other opportunities for exceptionally qualified persons.

Background check and ongoing drug testing may be required as needed.
Should have at least 2- years of actual work experience for a construction or a landscape company.
Clear instructions will be provided. It is a great quiet work environment. very little driving. You must live in Santa Rosa or close by.
Expected Hours: Full Time (Hours 7-8 a.m.-3-4 p.m.35-40 hours per Week as needed.
Compensation: $14.45 - $20.00 per hour an hour DOE, day labor off books, work all seasons, and some local travel.
