Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Burlingame, CA
Hours: Part-time, 24 hours/week (Eligible for promotion to full-time upon successful completion of probation period)

About Us:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our small team and maintain an organized workspace while supporting various tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with packing and unpacking packages, ensuring items are replenished to designated locations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and workplace, including cleaning, dusting, and properly sorting and disposing of trash.
- Help select samples from inventory for proper packing and preparation for the sales team.
- Organize and label files accurately.
- Conduct inventory checks as required.
- Run errands as needed (per diem will be reimbursed).
- Perform simple handyman tasks, including replacing light bulbs and assembling office furniture.
- Lift items up to 50 pounds as necessary.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
- Preparing shipment labels from FedEx, UPS, etc shipping page.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of items.
- Complete other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must have own vehicle and maintain a clean DMV record.
- Must pass a background check.
