We are currently looking for Construction Laborers to assist in the rehabilitation and repair of pipelines, bridges, and buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves working effectively with supervisors and peers to ensure the successful installation of fiber-reinforced polymer systems.

What You'll Do:

Operate various vehicles and construction equipment, including forklifts, man lifts, and boom lifts

Assist in site setup and cleanup

Review entry and work permits

Enter confined spaces and tall structures (100+ feet) to install various fibers and epoxy products

Operate grinding, chipping, and mixing equipment

Use a full face respirator

What We Need from You:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Valid driver's license required

Construction experience, especially in concrete repair, demolition, finishing, or pouring, is beneficial but not mandatory

OSHA certifications are a plus

Familiarity with the use of a full body harness and confined space entry is advantageous

Willingness to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, potentially for months at a time during busy seasons within a large territory

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical capability to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, crouch, bend, reach, kneel, crawl, and stretch; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; communicate without visual cues; lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. without assistance; wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
