Schedule: (4) 10hrs days per week, Monday-Thursday
Pay: $28+/hr, negotiable depending on industry experience and performance
Benefits: Full health insurance after 30 days (options for adding vision/dental), Paid holidays, Paid time off after 1yr.
Performance Based Bonuses: Paid out every 6 months
Experience required: We are looking for highly experienced landscape maintenance technicians with a thorough understanding of pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation. We will test your knowledge of these topics prior to hiring with an in person evaluation. Fluent in English, Spanish speaking is a plus.
Work Requirements;
-Love working hard and outdoors
-Don't mind getting dirty
-Can be on your feet for 10+ hours a day
-Can lift 50-80lbs regularly throughout the day
-Have reliable personal transportation to drive yourself directly to job sites or our shop
-Valid CA driver's license
-No DUI
-Meets legal requirements to work in CA
-18+ yrs of age
