Position Overview:

The Janitorial Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing one specific client relationship, ensuring service excellence, and overseeing janitorial operations across multiple buildings. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team of janitorial staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the client.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Conduct regular meetings to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Operations Management:

Oversee the daily operations of janitorial services across a large campus.

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with client expectations.

Coordinate with the operations team to allocate resources and manage schedules effectively.

Quality Control:

Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain service excellence.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of all buildings to ensure compliance with standards.

Address any deficiencies and implement corrective actions promptly.

Team Leadership:

Manage, train, and motivate a team of janitorial staff.

Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.

Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service delivery, and operational activities.

Prepare and present regular reports to clients and management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management, preferably in the janitorial or facilities management industry.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
