Live within a 20 minute drive of Fremont, Ca
Ability to lift and carry a ladder willing and excited to inspect and work on rooftops in attics and in crawlspaces
Be comfortable working around pets rodents pests and stinging and biting insects
Have a drivers license or willing to start the process of getting one immediately.
Must have an entrepreneur attitude
