Route Technician
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Sunday through Thursday, 8 hours per day

We’re looking for dependable Route Technicians to join our field operations team. You’ll be assigned your own route, managing outdoor waste areas and ensuring properties stay clean, safe, and organized.

Requirements
Minimum age: 22
Valid Class C driver’s license held for at least 5 years
Clean driving record and background check
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Physically capable of lifting over 50 lbs and climbing into bins or over ledges as needed
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Dependable, humble, and safety-minded
Daily Responsibilities
Travel a dedicated route servicing apartment communities
Maintain and clean trash and recycling enclosures
Remove and haul away bulk items such as furniture and appliances
Break down and load materials safely
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently
Physical Expectations
This is a physically demanding role that involves consistent lifting, bending, crouching, and working in all weather conditions.
