! $500 cash bonus after 6 months of employment
Pay: $35-$45(pay dependent on actual skills and abilities); Sick Pay; Full Healthcare after 90 day probationary period; 401(k) retirement package after 1 year employment. Must complete a 3-day working interview
Responsibilities:
-Check on projects with Operations and work with Installers, Roofers/Crew Leaders
-Quality control on all job sites
-Ensure production is on target
-Assist with ordering materials and supplies
-Assist with coordination of material deliveries
-Ability to review and negotiate change orders
-Consistently follows the organization's safety policy, promoting a positive and collaborative safety culture
-Oversee quality control and quality assurance on a daily basis at the job site
-Must work/communicate closely with managerial or service tech personnel, other departments, to resolve problems
and/or to coordinate activities
-Assist with warehouse organization and inventory
-Pre-sites with all clients using check-list
Qualifications:
-Minimum have 5 years of construction knowledge that includes upper management position (roofing a plus).
-Excellent management and organizational skills
-Knowledge of project management software a plus
-OSHA, roofing and construction safety knowledge
-Knowledgeable with repairs and maintenance programs
-Spanish a plus
-Must pass a national background check and have a clean current driver’s license with minimal or no points, no exceptions.
