Small law firm seeking an individual with 3-5 years civil litigation experience as a licensed member of the California Bar. Selected applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of class action wage & hour (both plaintiff and employer side) cases, real property suits and transactional matters. Excellent legal research, writing and oral communication skills are a must. Prior experience in employment litigation and human resources is especially helpful. Must be self motivated and a professional. The person selected will have direct client contact.
