Downtown Law Firm specialized in Immigration, Criminal and Family matters is seeking an Immigration/Deportation/Criminal Attorney.
We are looking for a Licensed attorney in good standing, preferably with experience representing clients in Immigration Court and Criminal Court.
We are willing to train the right applicant that has passed the bar and is an entry level attorney
Attorney MUST be fluent in Spanish and English. Position can be filled in any of our three offices: San Jose, Salinas or Modesto
Requirements:
-Licensed attorney in good standing with the California Bar
-1 - 3 years of experience preferred
-Fluent in Spanish
-Sympathetic demeanor towards clients
-Previous experience with Asylum hearings, withholding of removal, and criminal court, preferred
-Previous experience with Family Law matters, a PLUS
- Valid driver's license required for travel to and from hearings
