We represent national and regional clients in commercial banking transactions and litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, and general litigation. In addition, we assist small/new business clients with corporate formation, leases, contract review and contract disputes.
We are seeking a full-time or part time paralegal with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in commercial litigation and transactional documentation. Candidates must be professional and have a strong work ethic. Duties will include drafting legal documents, preparing and responding to discovery, calendar management, conducting legal research, and case file management. Compensation is competitive and depends on experience.
