Whitemore James Black is presently assisting a boutique transactional firm on their search for contracts managers and attorneys to join their firm on a flexible, open-ended basis. These roles are available immediately and you will be a direct employee of the firm. The firm is open to professionals who are available at least on a part-time basis, if not more. If there is a good fit, these roles could be very long-term as well. While these roles are remote, candidates must reside in the Bay Area as there may be meetings at times.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals who desire both flexiblity and sophistication in their work. The anticipated pay range is up to $125.00 per hour for contracts managers and junior attorneys, and up to $250.00 per hour for more senior attorneys.
The firm has a prestigious technology company clientele, and the contracts manager and attorney team works closely with Counsel at those companies.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working on a diverse range of commercial transactions. While experience in all areas is not required, agreements may involve:
Inbound and outbound licensing
SaaS agreements
Inbound and outbound sales agreements
Procurement
NDAs
Joint/Alliance marketing
Experience with data-privacy (GDPR) is helpful but not required.
