Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
Counsel clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and asset distribution.
Prepare and review legal documents, including trusts, deeds, and beneficiary designations.
Conduct client meetings, evaluate individual needs, and provide tailored legal solutions.
Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in California.
Experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: $120k-$140k commensurate with experience.
