Family Law Associate Attorney (Menlo Park)
FLICKER, KERIN, KRUGER & BISSADA LLP has an immediate opening in our Menlo Park office for full-time family law attorney. The attorneys primarily work from home with days in the office as needed for client meetings, deadlines, and to direct staff.

Responsibilities
Receive assignments from multiple partners, independently prioritize tasks, and address assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Make court appearances independently and handle various family law hearings on behalf of clients.
Work well independently and as a team. Work effectively with legal secretaries, paralegals, and fellow attorneys.
Communicate clearly, skillfully, and discreetly with clients, Opposing Counsel, experts, consultants, etc.
Skills and Experience
Must be licensed to practice law in California and should have 3 to 6 years of licensed family law experience.
Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with DissoMaster, Lawyaw and Lawgic is ideal. Excellent research skills are required, and you should be comfortable with numerous research means (WestLaw, Attorney’s Briefcase, online sites, and hardcover library books).
Candidate should possess excellent writing skills and the ability to draft motions, pleadings, letters, memos, and other documents.
Expected Hours of Work
Associates are expected to work during the firm’s business hours, 5 days per week and must be available for additional work when required by case load.
Starting salary is between $135,000 and $175,000, depending on experience.
