San Francisco-based Family Law firm seeks highly-motivated and personable candidate for full-time Front Desk Coordinator/Legal Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and a welcoming demeanor.
Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring messages are accurately relayed.
Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files for office management.
Assist with clerical duties including copying, filing, proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and
processing mail.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all office and kitchen materials are stocked and accessible.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support overall office operations.
Desired qualifications:
4 year college degree preferred;
Microsoft Office proficient;
Self-motivated;
Detail oriented;
Professional attitude and appearance;
Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills;
Ability to be resourceful and proactive;
Excellent written and oral communication skills; and,
Previous law firm experience preferred but not required.

Starting compensation for this position is $57,000 to $62,000 D.O.E.
