I am currently looking for a front desk / case assistant to assist for six weeks. I have an immigration service office and I'm located on Bayshore Blvd. in San Francisco. I am open 7 days a week.
I'm looking for someone who can put in 20 hours a week. Must work at least one weekend day.
You must be english/spanish bilingual and be good with computers.
Immigration experience is optional.
This position would require you to :
Work at least one weekend day.
Review client questionnaires/interviews and complete applications based on the information provided.
Prepare applications with clients, collect information and follow-up
Provide administrative support such as managing the paper and electronic files, Filing, Copying, Scanning, translating documents
Prepare simple court filings and agency submissions
You'll also be :
Communicating with Clients, via Phone, in person and Email
Answering Phones / Front Desk Agent & Case Assistant duties
and managing a web based appointment calendar (scheduling and re-scheduling appointments)
This is not a remote job. This is an in-person job. This may lead to a full time position if the candidate is a good fit.
