A Law office is seeking an office assistant/ legal assistant. An ideal candidate must have excellent typing and verbal skills, and be able to work in fast paced Law office environment.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task. Past experience with answering phones and filing will be beneficial. If needed, will train you. Will prefer if you are bilingual (speak Spanish).
This is a full time position and salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize files, filing documents, handling mail and enter data into case management
Taking phone calls, general administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google calendar.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Ability to manage time and multi-tasking.
