We seek to retain an aggressive, smart litigator with experience in will contests and probate.
Trial is currently set to go out on October 15 for 4 to 5 half days in San Mateo County Superior Court.
A continued date is possible so long as an application is submitted forthwith.
The matter is well developed and discovery complete.
The matter has been maintained by an experienced attorney who works on a remote only basis and, as the result, denied the opportunity to present at trial.
This attorney will remain on board for trial preparation, trial support and document production as needed and as requested.
The primary issues are fraud and undue influence by caretakers.
