Civil litigation defense firm with offices in Contra Costa and Solano Counties, seeking a litigation secretary with a minimum of three consecutive years of experience for our Pleasant Hill, CA location. Essential skills include knowledge of California and Federal Judicial system, docketing and calendaring procedures, preparation and filing of Court documents, including e-filing, telephone scheduling, transcription, and time entry. Qualified candidates will have the ability to prioritize and organize work flow in a team environment and possess interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with and effectively follow instructions from a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff and be able to provide information and assistance with ordinary courtesy and tact.
