We represent homeowners associations (usually as plaintiffs) in construction defect claims, general real estate litigation matters, third-party breach of contract claims, and member enforcement actions. Candidates should have at least five years of deposition and law and motion experience. Trial and arbitration experience is helpful but not required. Strong writing and verbal persuasion skills are essential.
