Senior Litigation Attorney (5 yrs exp)
Our small, busy litigation defense firm in the Lake Merritt area of Oakland, CA, seeks an experienced civil litigation attorney with a minimum of five years’ civil litigation experience to be our Senior Associate. This is primarily a work-from-home position, coming into the office only as or when needed. You will have your own cases to manage and will handle discovery, motions, hearings, and depositions as needed.
The firm works on exciting, often high-risk cases throughout California and some national cases. We are a cloud-based, paperless office.
