Job Description: San Jose immigration law firm founded in 1979 has a position available for a full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Will interview clients and prepare immigration-related petitions, applications, affidavits and supporting documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred. Must be bilingual Spanish/English. Must have strong word processing, communication and organizational skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
