You will:
Schedule meetings, experts, attorneys and co-counsel and schedule court appearances
Communicate w/clients
Prepare discovery, pre-trial and trial documents for filing
Maintain electronic confidential legal files
Strong Insurance Defense/Civil Litigation experience
Qualifications:
7 years of defense trial, litigation experience in a similar industry
3 years recent California Civil litigation experience
Trial preparation experiences a must
Good organization and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of court procedures
Proficient with MS Word
