Kink.com is currently seeking well qualified candidates for the role of Communications Manager. The incumbent shall be responsible for crafting and maintaining a consistent and SEO optimized voice present across all of Kink.coms ventures. Strong candidates will have subject matter expertise in combination with professional experience in: copywriting, social media, public relations, and SEO optimization. The Communications Manager will work cross-functionally and inter-departmentally and reports to our Director of Marketing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Define, maintain and create a guide to Kink.coms brand voice across multiple channels
Strategize to expand Kink.coms Social Media program across Kink.com brands
Facilitate publicity, respond and manage press inquiries, while working to build new media opportunities for brand and SEO optimization
Provide Copy Editing and Assistance as needed to Marketing and Production Team
Coordinate inter-departmentally for the creation and dissemination of marketing content
Implement and reinforce vigorous SEO best practices, participating and training cross-departmentally on tools and functions
Creating, monitoring and implementing A/B tests to improve on-site sales copy
Maintain Accurate Reports
Craft overall social and PR revenues directly and indirectly attributed while increasing avg. rev/user
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional writing and copy editing skills
Strong Copy Editing and SEO understanding
Competent with Google Analytics
Strong working knowledge of Meltwater and HootSuite
Strong Understanding of Brand Voice and Vision
High Comfort Level with Internal and Affiliate Software
Strong Skills in Spreadsheets and Report tracking
Able to work independently or in a team
Exceptional organizational skills
Must be comfortable working in adult entertainment
Competent in A/B Testing and Implementation
Subject matter expertise in the field of communications
Extra points for any SEO or Social Media Training
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar
5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, advertising or a related field
