Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team in the Bay Area. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will primarily focus on online advertising initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our telecom/IT company. You will play a pivotal role in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms The position is an on-site position and no remote applicants will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute online advertising strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines, social media platforms, display networks, and video platforms.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and leverage opportunities for effective online advertising.

Create compelling ad copies, headlines, and visual assets to maximize ad performance and engagement.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve marketing KPIs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualificationsa

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful online advertising campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of various online advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and advertising analytics platforms.

Proficiency in using advertising tools and platforms to create, launch, and optimize campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copies and articulate marketing strategies.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of the telecom/IT industry and understanding of its unique marketing challenges is highly desirable.

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update customer records in the company's CRM system

Prepare sales reports and documents, including proposals, contracts, and quotes

Coordinate sales activities, such as scheduling meetings and appointments, and managing travel arrangements

Assist with the preparation and submission of sales proposals and bids

Monitor and track sales leads and opportunities

Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing email and phone inquiries, and organizing and maintaining sales-related documents and files
