Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok pages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health and recovery spaces, strong storytelling abilities, and the skills to create engaging, empathetic, and impactful content that resonates with our diverse audience.
This is a 1099 contract position that will start on a two-week trial basis, with the opportunity to continue part-time based on performance and mutual fit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with Our Company's goals and brand messaging.
- Utilize our wireframe of design ideas and existing content calendar to create compelling, high-quality social media content (graphics, captions, short-form videos, reels, stories, carousels) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the team to highlight user testimonials, team stories, recovery resources, and features of our mobile app.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to inform content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and mission across all content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating and managing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of storytelling, tone, and audience engagement.
- Familiarity or experience with the recovery, mental health, or wellness space preferred.
- Ability to analyze and report on social media metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A collaborative and proactive mindset.
