This position is responsible for executing the Main Street Property Services marketing strategy across all channels. The role combines creative design with strategic marketing skills to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support property listings. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for property listings and brokerage services.
Manage all marketing channels: website, social media, email campaigns, print collateral, and public relations.
Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and presentations.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Create visual content for digital channels (social media graphics, web banners, video thumbnails).
Oversee website design, updates, and SEO optimization.
Ensure property listings are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Collaborate with developers or use CMS tools to maintain functionality.
Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Draft press releases and coordinate media outreach.
Support company events, and community engagement initiatives.
