Now Hiring: Installer Helper - Custom Stainless Steel Restaurant Equipment
Join our skilled installation team! We’re looking for a dependable Installer Helper to assist with the installation of custom stainless steel restaurant equipment, countertops, and other metalwork.
This is a full-time, hands-on position working in the field every day. No two projects are the same - you’ll learn new skills, visit new job sites, and help bring unique projects to life.
Job Highlights:
Assist lead installers with stainless steel fabrication and installation work at customer sites.
Use basic hand and power tools (drills, tape measures, levels, grinders, etc.).
Drive a 14 ft. stake bed truck to and from job sites around the Bay Area.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely.
Hours vary depending on job site needs - occasional early starts or overtime may be required.
Typical hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Occasionally help in the shop if no installations are scheduled that day.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with basic hand tools and mechanical assembly.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
Speaks and understands English (for safety and coordination on site).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
