Responsibilities
Assemble high-precision drone and controller components in a fast-paced production environment
Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure consistent, top-tier builds
Perform inspection and testing of sub-assemblies and final units for reliability and performance
Collaborate with engineering teams to support prototype builds and provide DFM feedback
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical and electrical issues
Suggest improvements to work instructions, processes, and tools to scale production effectively
Participate in validating new parts and equipment before integration into production
Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team culture focused on quality and innovation
Meet daily and weekly production goals with consistency and attention to detail
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Skills and Qualifications
Experience as a technician in robotics, medical devices, or mid-scale manufacturing environments
Demonstrated ability to lead hands-on work on miniaturized electromechanical systems like UAV, camera modules or gimbals
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safe handling of high/low voltage systems
Comfortable working from assembly drawings, CAD models, and process sheets
Strong attention to detail, time management, and quality mindset
Ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest creative countermeasures
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative team
Experience with tools like Excel, Teams, Confluence, Jira, or PLM systems is a must
Plus: Background in mechanic
