Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Order Entry
Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
Works directly with Planning, Estimating, and Purchasing.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to speak effectively to customers and fellow employees.
Reasoning Abilities
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Proficient in Excel and Word and online computer software applications.

Educational Background
Two years of college level courses (A Plus)
Associate's degree or equivalent (A Plus).
GED a must
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger and handle such items as a computer keyboard. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
