Responsibilities:
Supervise, manage and assist day-to-day activities to ensure efficient operations.
Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor and set schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders with high quality standards.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a similar role.
Strong collaborative leadership and management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with production processes and safety regulations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Inventory Control Systems and eCommerce platforms
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
