USK Manufacturing, Inc. is a small business specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication, machining and mechanical assembly. We are looking for a positive self-motivated individual that can easily adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
We have a Stroke Sander/Deburr Operator position available now.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate stroke sander to achieve #4 finish grain finish. Must have good reach.
2. Deburr sharp edges, surfaces and polish metal parts with hand and pneumatic tools.
3. Grind smooth welds.
4. Ability to operate and perform maintenance on angle grinders, stroke sanders, orbital sanders, time saver, wheel grinders.
5. Keep deburr area clean.
6. Ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Basic reading of technical drawings.
3. Team player, positive attitude, ability to multi task, stay calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
4. High attention to detail and precision.
5. Be able to work in a dusty environment.
6. Work on feet all day.

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week. Hours are M - F 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
