The Youth Impact Coordinator is a school-embedded role designed to foster inclusive, community-centered, and restorative school cultures. This position combines direct student engagement, strategic coaching, facilitation, and data-informed leadership to support social-emotional growth, conflict transformation, and school-wide belonging.
The Youth Impact Coordinator works collaboratively with school leadership and staff, guiding the implementation of restorative frameworks and supporting the development of student-centered practices and programming. This individual should be a relational leader who can engage with a broad range of students, bring cultural humility and responsiveness to their work, and serve as a consistent presence in the school community.
Employment in this position is contingent upon maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with the assigned school site and its leadership.
