Job Description:
Provide administrative support to accountants by performing clerical and organizational tasks, including:
Filing tax documents
Organizing and maintaining records
Answering and making phone calls
Responding to emails
Data entry
Responsibilities:
Support Tax preparers by org
Handle incoming calls and other communications
Record information accurately
Organize and maintain paperwork and documents
Help maintain office common areas in an orderly manner
Requirements:
