Professional services firm seeking to fill entry-level Admin Assistant position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, written and verbal communication, knowledge of social media and expected to dress professionally. Must be a good team player. Duties will include typical administrative duties, like note-taking, managing calendars, booking travel and reservations, communication with clients and vendors, setting up for meetings and conferences, phone/email follow-up, online research, making coffee, keeping office neat, assist on projects, and running errands. No catty behavior.
This is full-time position 7:30am to 4:30pm M-F. Pay is $28 per hour plus benefits. Work is in San Jose office (no work from home). College degree preferred but not required.
