Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in account reconciliation. Proficiency in Excel, Word and 10-key typing is also required. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy

Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

Monthly bank reconciliation (3 accounts)

Prepare invoices & receipts.

Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities

Provide administrative support to the construction team as needed

Qualifications:

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of financial concepts and terminology

Strong analytical skills

10-key typing proficiency

Ability to Commute:

San Jose (95148), Work Location: In person only

Pay: From $25.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience.
