AFI is a leading national Foodservice Equipment Installation Company. We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Santa Rosa location.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task; enjoys a friendly, supportive and social environment.

*Comfortable with Outlook, Excel and Word
*Social Media savvy
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Communicate and Coordinate project schedule with the General Manger
-Follow-up and communicate installation dates with GM, Sales team and Project Managers
-Create, organize and maintain web-based files
-Update and maintain web-based Delivery Calendar
-Project tracking and job costing
-Process purchase orders
-Process invoices with light A/R
-Update Project Cost Sheets
-Arrange travel (hotel, flight, car rental) for Nor Cal and So Cal crew
-Update Social Media sites including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
Experience with the following programs a plus:
Plangrid, Autoquotes, Paylocity and QuickBooks
This is a part-time position, Monday â Friday, hours are flexible.
